A personalized bodywork approach that tailors techniques, pressure, and focus to each individual’s specific needs, goals—such as severe muscle tightness, injury rehabilitation, chronic pain relief—and physical condition. This may include a blend of modalities such as Deep tissue, Swedish, Acupressure, and Trigger point therapy, along with heated pads or hot stones, to create a truly unique treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage

Acupressure is a safe, non-invasive Traditional Chinese Medicine technique that involves applying manual pressure to stimulate specific body acupoints along meridian lines to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote the body's self-healing abilities. It is used to relieve headaches, stress, anxiety, and various types of pain (muscular, arthritis). Used for Torticollis, De quervain tenosynovitis, Carpal tunnel syndrome, Plantar fasciitis, etc.

Yan is hands down the absolute best massage therapist that I have ever been to. She takes the time to thoroughly go over the intake form that you fill out online prior to therapy. She addresses any concerns in a caring and professional manner. She is very skilled at working to help with tight muscles and knows a lot about physiology and Eastern Medicine - acupressure. I highly recommend Yan and will be going to her twice per month for her amazing therapy!
